Simon Guobadia is suing ‘RHOA’ star Porsha Williams over erectile dysfunction posts

Porsha Williams’ estranged husband Simon Guobadia is suing the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star over her erectile dysfunction Instagram posts.

In newly filed court documents obtained by TMZ On Friday, Guobadia accused Williams of making “false and defamatory” comments suggesting his penis was not working properly.

Guobadia, 60, allegedly claimed his estranged wife presented the “extreme” and “outrageous” remarks in question as facts rather than opinion.

As a result of Williams’s charges, Guobadia claimed he was subjected to public ridicule, his reputation was damaged and he suffered severe emotional distress.

According to TMZ, Guobadia went on to point out that Williams, 43, has a huge following on the social media app.

Although he is reportedly looking to collect “large damages” from the ordeal, the press has not released the exact amount.

Representatives for the former couple did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

The lawsuit comes months after Williams took to her Instagram story to share a screenshot of the definition of erectile dysfunction.

The definition read: “Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection long enough to have sexual intercourse. There are many different causes, which can include conditions affecting your blood vessels, neurological conditions, mental health conditions and injuries. A healthcare provider can diagnose and treat erectile dysfunction.”

Williams added “#menshealthawareness” to the post, which she also added to a second slide that pointed out: “Things you can do to help with erectile dysfunction: 1. lose weight if you’re overweight, 2. stop smoke, 3. eat. a healthy diet, 4. exercise daily, 5. try to reduce stress and anxiety.”

The posts did not name or mention Guobadia.

However, the businessman allegedly claimed in his complaint that the timing of Bravolebrity’s uploads coincided with her divorce filing, leading many online to speculate that she was talking about him.

Williams married to Guobadia in November 2022, after a controversial romance, but she submitted for the dissolution of the marriage last February. Since then, things have gotten messy between the two.

In court documents previously obtained by Page Six, Williams explained that shocking reports of the Nigerian native’s alleged immigration fraud and what appeared to be an imminent threat of deportation — among other alarming allegations — took a toll on her mental and emotional well-being.

Guobadia denied such claims in his own court filings, still blaming Williams bringing a “gunshot” to their matrimonial home.

In response, Williams blasted Guobadia for peddling a “false narrative” about her “nefarious intentions,” noting that they both “always had personal safety.”

Guobadia too sent a cease and desist letter to the production company behind “RHOA” demanding that they stop filming at his home, where Williams previously lived.

However, a source close to the situation previously assured Page Six that nothing was filmed at Guobadia’s house for the upcoming 16th season of the reality series.

Williams, in turn, gave Guobadia engaging in “redundant media prosecutions”.
