Supporters’ advice

Supporters are reminded to stay off the pitch at all times. Perpetrators may be prosecuted.

For the safety of all fans, it is illegal to use rockets, flares and other pyrotechnics in the stadium.

Smoking or the use of electronic cigarettes is not permitted anywhere on the stadium campus.

Please ensure walkways and aisles are kept clear of obstructions at all times.

While the club is aware of no disruption on Wednesday night, fans are advised to do so check their trips before you traveland leave with plenty of time.

Ticket details

Tickets for this match are sold out.

All tickets for this match will be in a digital download ticket on Apple or Google Wallet.

Each ticket will be emailed to each individual ticket holder. The tickets will be sent in two installments: the first on Friday 15 November and the second on Friday 22 November.

If you are unable to use digital tickets, please send an email [email protected] with purchase details, requesting ticket pickup at Villa Park.

The Visitor Ticket Office is located on Witton Lane, opposite the bus park. It will close immediately after starting.

Turnstile entrance

The supporters’ section at Villa Park is located in the north-east corner of the Doug Ellis Stand. The allocation is divided into two areas:

Tickets indicating Doug Ellis Upper P – use turnstiles P87, P88, P88A and P89 for upper level. From the ground level there are several flights of stairs to reach the upper area of ​​the hall (64 steps in total).

Doug Ellis Lower Q – use turnstiles Q91 to Q96B for lower level.

If you arrive after the start, turnstiles Q96 and/or P89 will remain open until the start of the second half.
