    LAWRENCE CO., Ala. (Waffle) – The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office was looking for suspects involved in a burglary and theft of copper from a business.

    The sheriff’s office said Thursday it is looking for people who are considered persons of interest in a copper burglary and theft in the county.

    As of 11 a.m. Thursday, the sheriff’s office said the suspects are now in custody. The identity of the suspects has not been released at this time.
