The Sheriff’s Office has released the names of two people injured in last week’s Gillespie Street shooting

The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office this week released the names of the two individuals shot on Gillespie Street after the suspect tried to get into a patrol vehicle, according to a news release.

Bradley Raymond Donahue, 41, is charged with three counts of attempted first-degree murder and two counts each of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury with intent to kill and discharged a weapon into an occupied property causing serious injury.

He was booked into the Cumberland County Jail on Saturday.

According to the arrest report, Donahue is accused of firing shots into a vehicle containing Jessica Hernandez, 30, Brian Olshavsky, 25, and a third person around 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 14. Both Hernandez and Olshavsky were hit, along with Olshavsky. shot multiple times, the filing states, Hernandez had to undergo emergency surgery for her injuries, the warrant said. She and Olshavsky are expected to recover, the sheriff’s office said. The third occupant of the vehicle was uninjured.

Lt. Patrice Bogertey said Donahue and the two shooting victims were all acquaintances.

When one of the deputies arrived in the area, Donahue allegedly ran to the patrol car and attempted to get into it, before fleeing and being quickly apprehended by law enforcement, a sheriff’s statement said. The charging document alleges Donahue kicked and refused to comply with the deputies’ demands, resulting in the charge of resisting a public servant.

Donahue was additionally charged with felony possession of cocaine, misdemeanor possession of oxycodone and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, described in the warrant as digital scales and straws with white residue.

Donahue is being held in the Cumberland County Jail with bail set at $700,000.
