Kremlin’s 2045 plan to divide Ukraine and reshape global power revealed

The Russian Ministry of Defense prepared a forecast of the global political-military situation until 2045, which includes plans for the termination of Ukraine as an independent state, according to Kyiv Post’s intelligence sources. It appears that Moscow intends to convey this plan to the new US administration through foreign governments and representatives.

As before reported by Interfax-Ukraine, the document proposes dividing Ukraine into three parts:

  • Fully and partially occupied regions of Ukrainewhich Moscow is trying to officially annex as part of Russia.
  • The territory around Kievcalled by Moscow “a pro-Russian state entity” – a puppet state with pro-Russian authorities and a Russian military presence.
  • Western regions of Ukrainereferred to as “disputed territories” with their fate to be determined in negotiations involving Russia, Poland, Hungary and Romania.

In addition, Ukrainian intelligence has obtained a document from the Kremlin that describes four potential scenarios for the development of broader international processes, two of which it considers the most favorable:

  • “The formation of a multipolar world” where the great powers share spheres of influence.
  • “Regionalization or Chaos”, which implies a weakening of the global order.

In these scenarios, the Kremlin expects to secure victory in the war with Ukraine and lead to favorable changes in global politics.

The other two scenarios – “US and Western Dominance” or China becoming the greatest global power are considered unfavorable by Russia. These could materialize if Moscow loses the war or the conflict becomes frozen.

Donald trump card he was recently elected as the new US president after promising to end the war quickly. However, he has yet to present concrete plans, only assumptions and statements from his circle, many of which are considered to be unfavorable to Ukraine.
