Diddy has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting men and women in 5 new lawsuits

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with five new sexual-assault lawsuits while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges.

The five alleged victims all filed the lawsuits anonymously on Tuesday, Nov. 19, seeking compensatory and punitive damages from Diddy, 55.

One of the three John Does claimed he was drugged at a party in Miami before being “sexually assaulted and penetrated” by Diddy.

The judicial documents, obtained by We weeklyclaimed that the applicant “passed out” after consuming a drink at the party and later “woke up with a sharp pain in his rectum and anus”. He claimed he then saw Diddy “fully erect, trying to insert his penis into (his) anus” and was unable to fight back due to the alleged drugs in his system.

The second John Doe claimed he was “lured to New York City” to meet Diddy “for a possible acting role in a music video.” During a meeting about the role, which took place in a hotel suite, the accuser claimed a casting director gave her a Diet Coke that “tastes weird.” The man claimed he later passed out and awoke to find himself face down on a ottoman with his pants down.

“He felt great pain and realized as he looked back that he had been anally sodomized by Combs,” the suit claimed. “His vision was blurry, but he recognized Combs’ chest tattoo and the large gold chain with a jeweled cross that Combs wore during the interview.” The plaintiff also alleged that Diddy’s bodyguard held his arms during the alleged sexual assault.

The third John Doe alleged that he was drugged and sexually assaulted while attending a New York party hosted by Diddy “in or around 2022.” The man claimed he “passed out” after having a drink and woke up in a “dark bedroom” to find Diddy “on top of him, sodomizing him”.

One of the two Jane Does who filed a lawsuit Tuesday claimed she was 17 when Diddy allegedly drugged and raped her at his 4th of July party in the Hamptons in 2024. The woman claimed she “started to feeling crazy and disoriented’ after having a drink at the party. When she awoke, she claimed her underwear was missing and she felt “throbbing pains in the vaginal and anal areas”.

A second Jane Doe claimed she was drugged and forced to perform oral sex with Diddy in 2001. She claimed she began to feel “dizzy, intoxicated and disoriented” after consuming a drink given to her by one of the rapper’s associates while in a limo with Diddy and members of his security team. The woman claimed that Diddy “ordered” her and her friend to “take turns giving oral sex” to each of the men in the limo, noting that they complied due to being “drugged, scared and incarcerated among numerous men “.

All five alleged victims are represented by the Buzbee Law Firm, founded by Tony Busbee. Diddy denied all the allegations in a statement from his lawyer Erica Wolff.

“The racketeering lawsuit against Mr. Buzbee exposes his barrage of lawsuits against Mr. Combs for what they are: shameless publicity stunts designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear that lies are being spread about them, as lies have been spread about Mr. Combs. ”, the statement, shared with Usread. “As his legal team has said before, Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

Diddy is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after being arrested and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution in September. He pleaded not guilty and denied the charges.

Diddy’s trial will begin in May 2025. After being denied bail three times, his legal team proposed a new bail package of $50 million at the beginning of this month. Prosecutors argued in a legal motion on Friday, Nov. 15, that the bail application should be denied, alleging that Diddy tried to obstruct an investigation while in jail. Court documents obtained by CNN accused Diddy of orchestrating social media campaigns.aimed at contaminating the jury pool” and contacting “witnesses through third parties”.

Diddy’s lawyers responded on Monday, Nov. 18, with a motion that claimed Diddy’s “Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment rights” were violated by a recent search of his jail cell.

“Defense counsel recently learned that prosecutors have privileged attorney and client materials, including the defendant’s own written notes,” Diddy’s attorney. Mark Agnifilo wrote, calling the search a “targeted seizure” that amounted to “a substantial violation of due process.”

NBC News It later reported that “eight pages of a calendar” were seized from Diddy’s cell as part of “a planned sweep to address contraband and drugs.”

The station reported that Assistant US Attorney Christy Slavik the prosecution claimed that Diddy wrote notes on the calendar about “paying witnesses and finding dirt on the victims.”

“One witness was paid, and finding dirt on two different victims is not a privilege,” Slavic said during a hearing Tuesday, according to NBC News.

At hearing, US Dist Judge Arun Subramanian ruled that prosecutors must “get rid of copies” of the notes. Meanwhile, the court will “hold the papers” as the defense and prosecution prepare to “submit documents about the raid” in the coming weeks.
