Diddy showed “pervasive pattern of abuse,” new lawsuits allege

Six accusers – four men and two women – stand firm Sean “Diddy” Combs sexually abused them in separate complaints filed Tuesday, Nov. 19, as allegations against the music mogul continue to pile up.

Five of the most recent plaintiffs, none of whom are named, are represented by high-profile counsel Tony Busbeewhich previously announced it represents more than 100 people who accuse Combs of wrongdoing.

The five complaints filed by Buzbee’s clients allege the alleged abuse is part of a pattern of misconduct by Combs.

“For years, Combs and his businesses have engaged in a persistent and pervasive pattern of abuse against women, men and minors,” all the complaints allege. “This abuse was, at times, verbal, emotional, physical and sexual. As part of his pattern of abuse, Combs manipulated both men and women into participating in highly orchestrated displays of sexual activity with both commercial sex workers and unsuspecting partygoers.”

All five complaints allege that Combs’ alleged abuse was “shockingly typical” and that the Bad Boy Records founder believed he was “above the law.”

The latest complaints date back to 2001, when an unnamed actor says he was sexually assaulted by Combs after he flew to New York under the pretext that he might star in a music video.

Plaintiff alleges that after being asked to return, Combs said, “He will.”

The actor says he was then offered Diet Coke, which he claims was drugged and made him pass out. When he woke up, the plaintiff claims Combs was sodomizing him. After losing consciousness again, the applicant claims that he was raped by another man.

Another accuser alleges in a complaint that she was also sexually assaulted by Combs and other unidentified men after being drugged in a New York City limo. The woman, who was 18 at the time, said she was forced to perform oral sex and that Combs sprayed her with champagne while doing so.

In another complaint, a third plaintiff claims she was drugged and sexually assaulted during Combs’ Fourth of July party on Long Island in 2004. The woman says she was 17 at the time of the alleged assault and that Combs threatened that it will “destroy”. her” if she talked about the incident.

Two men allege they were both sexually assaulted by Combs in separate complaints from 2022. An accuser, who was 39 at the time about the alleged incident, claims he was drugged and woke up in a “dark bedroom with black walls, on a bed with black sheets” as Combs allegedly sodomized him.

The other man says he was invited to a party in Miami after meeting Combs’ associates at a club. The man claims he was drugged and sexually assaulted by the mogul, who the plaintiff says had a “disturbing smile.”

Combs has been named as a defendant in dozens of lawsuits accusing him of sexual abuse.

Combs denied any sexual abuse. His lawyers previously said in a statement following the first wave of complaints filed by Buzbee’s clients that the mogul “cannot address any meritless allegations in what has become a reckless media circus,” but that he “emphatically” denied that sexually abused someone.

He is also currently behind bars after being denied bail in his wake federal indictment on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.

A third bail hearing for Combs is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 21.
