ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A Dahlonega man was arrested on various drug charges last Friday, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI).

Tony Sullens, 59, is charged with trafficking methamphetamine and unlawful possession of two controlled substances. The suspected drugs were found at his home while law enforcement arrested him on a probation violation, the GBI said.

Officers found over 600 grams of suspected methamphetamine, over 80 pills of suspected hydrocodone and over 110 pills of suspected alprazolam. Hydrocodone is a pain reliever and alprazolam is also known as Xanax.

Sullens was booked into the Lumpkin County Detention Center. The investigation is ongoing.
