Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• A burglary on Menius Road, China Grove is said to have taken place between 4.30pm and 8.50pm.*m. November 14.

An attempted theft of a motor vehicle on Sea Breeze Road is reported to have taken place between 3pm on November 7 and 10.15pm on November 14.

A theft on Jake Alexander Boulevard West occurred around 11:15 a.m. on Nov. 16.

A report of an assault with a weapon resulting in vandalism and property damage was reported at 11:03 pm on November 16.

Scott William Hughes, 58, was arrested Nov. 15 and charged with accessory after the fact.

Gregory Wayne Wilhem, 57, was arrested Nov. 15 and charged with second-degree trespassing.

Salisbury Police Reports

A theft from a motor vehicle on John Penn Circle allegedly occurred between 6:30 PM on November 15th and 5:00 AM on November 16th.

The property damage from a hit and run on East Innes Street is believed to have occurred around 6.15pm on November 16.

A burglary on Parkview Circle reportedly occurred between 4:31 p.m. and 7:18 p.m. Nov. 16.

Jefferson Wade, 45, was arrested Nov. 16 and charged with second-degree trespassing and disorderly conduct at a business, railroad or airport station.

Urriah Javaugh Jones, 32, was arrested Nov. 16 and charged with resisting/delaying/obstructing an officer, misdemeanor theft and two warrants.

Cecilia Ann Lane, 60, was arrested Nov. 17 and charged with felony simple assault and felony domestic violence.

Tommie Raynard Ferens, 35, was arrested Nov. 17 and charged with impaired driving, no liability insurance and no operator’s license.
