FORT THOMAS, Ky. (WKRC) – An 18-year-old man has been charged with rape following a recent alleged sexual assault incident.

According to court documents, Carson Auciello allegedly admitted to raping the victim. Officers reported that Auciello made statements indicating that he knew the victim had been “beaten” and “trashed.”

Police said the victim was physically helpless and incapable of consent due to her level of intoxication.

Auciello appeared before a judge on Monday and is due back in court on December 5.
