ITANAGAR, Nov 17: Pakke Kessang police nabbed the most wanted accused in the Crime Act case of Seijosa police station in Sonitpur district of Assam.

Accused Mr. Nurjamal Haque alias Rahul, who allegedly received the stolen prohibited firearms from Central KOTE of IRBn 3rd BHQ last month, was nabbed from a rented house in Air Force Colony in Solonibari by a police team led by SDPO Sashi Dore on 16. November, said Pakke Kessang SP Tasi Darang.

“With the arrest of the absconding accused, all the accused named in the FIR have been arrested,” the SP said.

Earlier, three persons, including two members of IRBn, were arrested in connection with the same case, he said.

Further investigations are on, the SP said.
