CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) – A Bolivar, Tennessee man was arrested on a warrant charging him with recording sexually explicit material without consent.

The warrant stemmed from an investigation in Calloway County, Kentucky, alleging that Kendrick T. Falls, 36, used a recording device to record sexually explicit material without another person’s consent and distributed it .

Fall was arrested by the Calloway Co. Sheriff’s Office. on Nov. 15 and was booked into the county detention center.

He is charged with video voyeurism (a class D felony), distribution of sexually explicit images without consent and third-degree terroristic threats.
