US prosecutors allege that behind the scenes of what appeared to be innocent moments on social media of his seven children, P Diddy was trying to influence potential jurors and witnesses, expressing concerns about the fairness of the judicial process.

P Diddy’s birthday video under control

Earlier this month, a video about the birthday celebration P Diddy’s seven children — Quincy, Justin, Christian, Chance, D’Lila, Jessie and Love— went viral, showing the family singing and cutting a cake.

However, federal prosecutors claim that this display was carefully choreographed by Diddy himself. According to court documents, he directed his children to post the video on their Instagram accounts as part of a larger effort to sway public opinion and, in turn, likely jury opinion in his favor.

“At the defendant’s careful direction, the defendant’s children posted a video on their social media accounts showing the defendant’s children gathered to celebrate the defendant’s birthday,” prosecutors said, according to the report. New York Post.

The files further claim that P Diddy monitored the video’s traction and consulted with his family to optimize his coverage in order to influence potential jurors.

In particular, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is also accused of hosting teenagers at his Fresk-off parties. Some reports also state that a minor Justin Bieber was part of them, in which the latter was allegedly drugged and raped.

Did P Diddy commit prison rule violations, unauthorized communication?

Prosecutors accuse P Diddy of circumventing prison regulations by using unauthorized communication methods. The allegations include using the phones of at least eight other inmates and third-party messaging services to contact people outside the prison.

This alleged misconduct follows the rejection of Diddy’s most recent $1 million bail proposal.

Federal authorities allege P Diddy has consistently violated prison rules, revealing a pattern of behavior aimed at evading official supervision.

“While attempting to evade law enforcement surveillance, the defendant orchestrated, among other things, social media campaigns that, in his own words, were intended to taint the jury; has made efforts to publicly disclose materials it considers useful to its case; and contacted witnesses through third parties,” court documents state.

P Diddy is also accused of bribery within the penitentiary system. Prosecutors allege he made commission deposits and digital payments to inmates in exchange for use of their phone accounts.

Additionally, the filings indicate that Diddy instructed his legal team and family members to use three-way calls to conceal the identities of those he contacted, violating prison communication protocols.
