LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster County man has been charged with multiple felony child sex offenses related to a 2023 assault, according to the Columbia Police Department.

Robert Fink Jr., 43, was arrested on multiple sex offense charges, including statutory rape, involuntary sexual intercourse with a person under 16, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors.

Fink was arrested by Columbia police after he allegedly assaulted a juvenile in the 900 block of Plane Street on Sept. 9, 2023, officials said.

Charging documents show a 13-year-old girl was brought to the Columbia Police Department by her parents following reports of sexual assault.

The victim told police she was with Fink and his girlfriend at an apartment on Sept. 9 around 8 p.m. She stated that after Fink’s girlfriend left the apartment, Fink provided her with marijuana and began massaging the victim.

The victim continued to speak to police, stating that Fink then performed sexual acts on her after she was told “no.” Fink allegedly continued, removed the victim’s clothes and continued to assault her.

Charging documents detail that DNA tests conducted since the initial attack matched the DNA profile taken from Fink during a search warrant.

He is awaiting a preliminary hearing set for Nov. 19 while in the Lancaster County Jail.
