MONROE, La. (KNOE) – Time flies when you’re having fun! The Downs Law Firm Cheerleading Challenge 2024 has ended.

Last – but not least – are the Ruston High School Cheerleaders.

KNOE’s LaShanda McCuin went to the home of the Bearcats to see what they have to offer!

Ruston cheerleaders Paige Gipson and Molly Rabb, both seniors, talked about what being on the cheerleading squad meant to them.

“For the past 4 years, I have really enjoyed this brotherhood. Getting to know the different girls and loving all of their stories and just being able to relate so closely to them,” Gibson said.

“I think what Ruston and the other sports have is not that we like each other, the cheerleading squad and the other sports are really close, they were all really good friends,” Rabb added.

The Ruston High School Cheerleaders finished the Downs Law Firm Cheerleading Challenge Finals with a great performance!
