A Saratoga County man is accused of kicking and damaging a person’s car.

Austin J. Cretty, 18, of Providence, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. The alleged incident happened on Sacandaga Road in Galway Township, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.

The car sustained more than $250 worth of damage, investigators said.

Cretty was released on an appearance ticket and is due to appear in Galway Town Court at a later date.
