A Hyde Park woman was held on bond after she was accused of threatening a prosecutor during her son’s arraignment Wednesday in West Roxbury Boston Municipal Court, officials say.

Felicia Rodriguez, 46, was held on $200 cash bail and ordered to stay away from the prosecutor and the West Roxbury BMC except on official court business. according to a statement from the Suffolk County District Attorney.

Just after 11:30 a.m., an assistant district attorney was arraigning Rodriguez’s son when they heard a “derogatory” comment in the gallery, the statement said.

The ADA allegedly turned around, saw Rodriguez and heard her say, “Watch your back.”

The remark, overheard by other court officials, was captured on the court’s audio recording system.

Judge Kathleen Coffey instructed court officers to take Rodriguez into custody.

Rodriguez is charged with intimidating a court official, threatening to commit a crime and violating civil rights, according to the statement. She is due back in court on December 19.

“Anyone who thinks they can threaten a prosecutor, judge or any other court official without consequence is sorely mistaken,” Suffolk District Attorney Kevin Hayden said in the statement. “We will not tolerate such threats under any circumstances.”
