MONROE CO., Ky. (WSMV) – A Kentucky man has been arrested and charged with allegedly sharing child sexual abuse material online, according to Kentucky State Police.

KSP said their Electronic Crime Branch arrested 37-year-old Robert Allen Tabor on Tuesday. Tabor was charged with eight counts of distributing material depicting a minor in a sexual performance under the age of 12.

The arrest comes after an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation found Tabor allegedly shared child sexual exploitation images online, KSP said.

KSP said Tabor’s charges are Class C felonies, and if convicted, he could face five to 10 years in prison on each count.

Tabor was booked into the Barren County Detention Center.
