LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A Lincoln man was arrested after authorities discovered a video of him sexually assaulting a minor this week.

Lincoln police arrested Rock Amen, 62, on Tuesday. He has since been charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child and child abuse.

According to an arrest affidavit, authorities were alerted to a video that was produced showing the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl early Monday morning. Police reviewed the video and confirmed the identities of the teenager and Amen, the affidavit states.

Officers caught up with Amen later on Monday and he was arrested. Amen later declined an interview with police.

Amen was arraigned on the charges Tuesday afternoon, and a Lancaster County judge set his bond at 10 percent of $1,000,000.

His next court appearance is scheduled for December 17.
