STATEN ISLAND, NY — Officers on Staten Island have made an arrest in a pattern of robberies across the city, according to an NYPD social media post.

Sgt. Gugliucci and Det. Hamdan was on patrol in Stapleton when he apprehended an individual who was wanted in connection with robberies in the transit system, according to a post by the 120th Precinct on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“Thanks to their vast experience and keen eye, the wanted detainee in a citywide pattern is now behind bars,” according to the post.
