BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Detectives with the Baton Rouge Police Department are working to locate two women who have been charged with theft.

Police said Kaisie Jenkins, 28, and Rachel Henderson, 47, are both wanted for theft (29 counts), access device fraud (58 counts) and criminal conspiracy.
