Man accused of taking inappropriate photos of customers at Post Oak Mall

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – Police in College Station have arrested a man who is accused of using a cell phone to film the private parts of female employees and customers inside a Post Oak Mall store.

According to an arrest report, Fredy Osvaldo Chuc Ajsac, 22, was seen on surveillance camera inside Spencer’s Gifts on Aug. 16 using his phone to take pictures of women standing or bending over in the store.

The report says he held the phone “at an unnatural angle that appeared to indicate he was intentionally pointing it at the women’s buttocks and genital areas” and then immediately checked his phone.

In the incident caught on camera, he allegedly did this to a customer who was wearing a skirt.

When he spoke to police who seized his phone as evidence, he admitted to doing so to three or four women “with the intent to capture their private parts,” the arrest report states.

Ajsac was arrested and charged with improper photography or video recording and remains in custody with bail set at $10,000.
