Rowan County Sheriffs Office Reports

• An attack on Buck Drive reportedly occurred at 7:57 a.m. Nov. 7.

• A report of breaking and entering on West Rice Street, Landis was reported at 7:35 p.m., Nov. 7.

• A theft on Statesville Boulevard was reported between 3:04 p.m. and 10:04 p.m., Nov. 7.

• A theft of a catalytic converter on Stokes Ferry Road occurred at 12:04 a.m. Nov. 8.

• It is reported that an assault on Barn View Lane, Woodleaf took place at 5.35pm on November 8.

• An assault on West Monroe Street was reported at 11:45 p.m., Nov. 8.

• The violation on Old Cress Road occurred between 1:20 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. Nov. 9.

• A theft on Bringle Ferry Road was reported at 6:14 a.m. Nov. 9.

• A theft on Shue Road was reported at 8:27 a.m. Nov. 9.

• A burglary on Long Bow Road was reported between 6 and 9:50 p.m. Nov. 9.

• Violation on Dappler Lane occurred at 4:08 p.m., Nov. 10.

• An assault on Powers Farm Road, Mooresville, reportedly occurred between 4 and 4:30 p.m. Nov. 10.

• An assault at the Rowan County Detention Center on West Liberty Street reportedly occurred around 10:20 p.m., Nov. 10.

• Ashala Diane Pruitt, 21, was arrested Nov. 7 and charged with two counts of failure to appear and simple assault.

• Thomaiyah Jasmine Reeves, 25, was arrested Nov. 7 and charged with simple assault.

• Tony Lee Barnhardt, 60, was arrested Nov. 7 and charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance controlled from List II with the intention to manufacture, sell or distribute.

• Robert Joseph Rakowski, 41, was arrested Nov. 8 and charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and failure to appear.

• Danny Ray Miller, 41, was arrested Nov. 8 and charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and felony breaking and entering into a building.

• Deshea Nicole Torrence, 32, was arrested Nov. 8 and charged with second-degree rape.

• Tramaine Renod Miller, 25, was arrested Nov. 9 and charged with felony domestic violence and battery on a female.

• Patrick Andrew, 30, was arrested Nov. 9 and charged with second-degree trespassing.

• Andre Hammonds, 28, was arrested Nov. 10 and charged with second-degree trespassing.

• Damien Dandre Curry, 33, was arrested Nov. 10 and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury to a detention employee.

• Ashala Diane Pruitt, 21, was arrested Nov. 10 and charged with assault on a government official.

• A theft from a motor vehicle on South Ellis Street was reported between 12:30 and 12:56 a.m. Nov. 9.

• A report of shots fired at an occupied residence on Tilman Street was reported at 9:43 p.m., Nov. 9.

• An attack on Stratford Place is reported to have taken place between 10am and 10.49am on November 10.

• Property damage was reported on Beard Street between 11:30 a.m. and 12:21 p.m. Nov. 10.

• A hit-and-run on Statesville Boulevard reported between noon and 12:52 p.m. Nov. 10.

• Property damage on East Bank Street is reported to have occurred between 6pm on November 8 and 9am on November 9.

• An assault on North Main Street is reported to have occurred around 9:00 p.m., Nov. 10.

• Bobby Ray Forbes, 71, was arrested Nov. 9 and charged with second-degree criminal mischief.

• Jerry Wayne Whisonant, 48, was arrested Nov. 9 and charged with second-degree burglary and trespassing.

• Lamontay Lenzell Carr, 25, was arrested Nov. 10 and charged with assault on a female and felony domestic violence.

• Ryan Alexander Bajek, 36, was arrested Nov. 10 and charged with theft.
