Tragedy struck on Monday when Hardeep Singh, a police officer posted with Chamkaur Singh, uncle of late singer Sidhu Moosewala, “accidentally shot himself while cleaning his gun”.

The incident resulted in Hardeep’s untimely death due to a gunshot wound. Sidhu Moosewala, a famous Indian singer and rapper, was assassinated on May 29, 2022.

The circumstances surrounding Hardeep’s death are still under investigation, but preliminary reports suggest the fire was fired from his own service weapon.
