South African rapper Yes LES recently broke his silence after shocking everyone when he suffered a stroke.

Yes LES gave an update on his recovery

The famous rapper Da LES, also known as the God of the North, is finally out of the hospital and back home. He recently shared an update on his health and his road to recovery after being hospitalized since July 2024.

Recently, the rapper’s team and family shared a statement about his Instagram page stating that the star is rehabbing and taking things slow on his recovery.

The statement reads:

“He expresses his deep gratitude for being alive, saying it is truly a miracle and thanks God for his strength. “I owe everything to God,” he says. Yes LES is incredibly grateful for the outpouring of love, support and prayers from him. fans, friends and everyone who has reached out to him. He will continue to update everyone on his healing process and appreciates all the continued encouragement, but he remains positive and focused on a full recovery.”

During his recovery journey, Bongani Fassie shared his heartfelt message with the rapper.

He wrote:

“Dear Jonathan, I want you to know how deeply I am thinking of you right now. Healing is a journey, and although it can be difficult, remember that each day brings you closer to recovery. You have always shown strength in many things and I know that will guide you through this time Take things one step at a time and be gentle with yourself.

Da Les’s family is asking for donations for medical bills

Meanwhile, News in brief reported that South African rapper Leslie Mampe, popularly known as Da Les’s family, allegedly he contacted his friends for financial help after a stroke.

The family confirmed the star was in hospital in a statement shared with fans. The family of Gotta Keep It Going rapper Da Les are devastated after the star suffered a stroke aged 39. The rapper’s birthday was reportedly canceled after he was rushed to hospital.
