    Frankosky died in a military helicopter crash on the US-Mexico border last March. He graduated from Columbia High School in East Greenbush.

    New York guards John Grassia III of Rotterdam were also killed.

    National Guard member Jacob Pratt of Rensselaer was seriously injured.
