According to Caap, this is despite the restoration of normal operations at most regional airports.

“Vigan, Lingayen and Baguio airports have returned to normal, but commercial flights are suspended due to cloudy weather with light to moderate winds,” Caap said in a situation report.

Basco Airport in Batanes also reported four flights canceled due to strong winds affecting 234 passengers from Manila to Basco and Clark to Basco.

Meanwhile, Tuguegarao and Cauayan airports are operational without any suspended commercial activity.
