El Paso County is releasing the final round of unofficial election results leading up to an important voting deadline

EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – The El Paso County Clerk and Recorder has released the final round of election results ahead of an important deadline.

On Saturday, at 6 p.m., they released the last number of resultswhich included a twist in a marijuana ballot question in Colorado Springs. They announced via social media that this will be the final round before November 14th.

This is the deadline for Uniformed Citizens Absentee Voting and Surveillance Act (UOCAVA) ballots to be dropped, as well as the deadline for ballot cure.

If your ballot was not signed or if your signature requires additional verification, the Department of Elections will contact you and give you a chance to “cure.” Any discrepancies in signatures that cannot be confirmed will be forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office for investigation, which makes it important to respond to these requests.

You can find more information about curing the ballot Here.
