Hyderabad: A man was allegedly killed by his brother-in-law over a financial dispute in Mailardevpally on Saturday night. The victim, Mohammed Saif, 30, lent Rs 1 lakh to his relative Ismail, an auto driver, who failed to repay it. Saif called Ismail to discuss the matter, and after meeting near his house in Shama Colony, an argument ensued.

In a fit of rage, Ismail allegedly threw a boulder at Saif, causing fatal injuries, according to ACP P. Srinivas of Rajendranagar. The police arrived at the scene and took the body to the morgue for autopsy.
