Lighthouse Recovery Services, a dedicated 12-step drug treatment center committed to helping people overcome substance abuse and rebuild their lives, has launched its annual Bed Sponsorship Fundraiser. Sponsorships contribute directly to the recovery journey of those in need.

“With the growing need for substance abuse treatment and the impact of addiction felt in communities, the demand for comprehensive and compassionate recovery programs has never been greater,” said Lighthouse Executive Director Shawna Moore.

Bed Sponsor Fundraising seeks to meet this demand by covering the costs of treatment, accommodation, counseling and essential services for people who do not have the financial means to access recovery resources otherwise.

“We see firsthand the difference a safe and supportive environment can make in someone’s recovery journey,” Moore said. “This fundraiser allows our community to come together and support people in greatest need. Every sponsorship helps provide someone with the resources, encouragement and care needed to begin the healing process.”

Moore said Lighthouse aims to raise $20,000 to ensure more people have access to treatment.

Community members are encouraged to get involved by sponsoring an individual bed, as a group or through corporate sponsorship. Each sponsorship includes updates and information about how their contribution directly supports the lives of people overcoming addiction.
