Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is trying to sell his California home. Here’s why buyers weren’t interested.

In March 2024, Homeland Security raided Sean “Diddy” Combs house in Beverly Hills. Also they conducted a raid on his mansion in Miami. Diddy put his California home on the market this summer, a move some said was meant to cover his high legal fees. The house has been on the market for several months, but no one has moved in to buy it. Sources say the “ick factor” associated with the house is too high.

Diddy hosted his notorious parties and “smash” at this house. Now that information about them has become public, potential buyers are turning away because of the “ick factor” of the house. A married couple reportedly toured the house but probably won’t buy the property because the wife was “creepy.”

Buyers also said the home’s asking price was “ridiculous.” Diddy bought the mansion for $40 million in 2014. Now he’s selling it for $61.5 million. It seems that potential buyers don’t think the house is worth it.

While some sources say Diddy is selling his LA home because he wants to base himself in Miami, others say he needs the cash. Following the raids on his homes and his arrest in September, Diddy’s legal fees continue to mount. Apparently he’s selling her house in Beverly Hills pay for his defense.

“Defending him against these serious charges is a huge undertaking and has become very expensive,” a source said. Weekly InTouch. “He won’t hate to part with (the house), but he has no choice.”

Diddy currently remains at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.
