After a crazy fight to collect tickets to witness the arena spectacle that is a Coldplay Sydney concert, 80,000 lucky Sydneysiders can watch the global superstars work their magic live over four nights. Show sit was wednesday 6th november and ran until sunday 10th november 2024. i went thursday night and it was everything and more than i hoped for. Tears streamed down our faces – as did the rain – but nothing could dampen the experience. It was a magical experience, a stadium full of stars.

Coldplay takes the stage at Accor Stadium in Sydney for four nights: Wednesday, November 6, Thursday 7 November, Saturday 9 November and Sunday 10 November 2024.

How to get to the Coldplay Sydney concert

The 10,000 car parking spaces at Olympic Park are expected to be booked well in advance. It can also get pretty busy leaving the parking lot at the end of the night. Therefore, public transport is often the best option to get to the Olympic Park. Olympic Park Station is less than ten minutes’ walk from the stadium, huLots of additional trains and buses will be running to and from the Olympic Park during Coldplay concerts, the cost of travel is already included in your concert ticket – just show your Coldplay concert ticket when boarding. What time will Coldplay take the stage in Sydney?

Doors open at 5pm, but the music – opening act Shone – won’t start until 6pm. He’ll be followed by Emmanuel Kelly at 6.30pm and Ayra Starr at 7.15pm. Coldplay are due to take the stage at 8.30pm (or around 8.45pm, in our experience).

What can I bring to the Coldplay Sydney show?

There are specific rules for what you can and can’t bring to the Coldplay Music of the Spheres tour in Sydney. Here are the main things to remember.

You can bring:
A bag no larger than 30 cm x 40 cm. Make sure you also have digital payment on your phone or cards as the venue does not have cash.

You cannot bring:
Professional rooms, alcohol, glass bottles or bicycles. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted in the stadium except in designated areas. A bunch of other items you may or may not have thought to bring are also prohibited, so it’s worth checking the entry conditions. Here.

Are there any Coldplay tickets left?

This won’t come as a shock to anyone, but demand for Coldplay tickets has been through the roof, especially considering it’s their first time touring Australia since 2016. The superstars have added extra dates for both their Sydney stops and and in Melbourne. The general allocation for all dates is currently sold out, but you can try to search for tickets on ticket resale platforms.
