At 9:40 a.m. on April 2, police responded to a report of people fighting outside on North Third Street in the Montgomery County section of Telford Borough, with a man, later identified as Moomin, leaving the scene , police said.

The victim told police that Mumin entered her residence while she was sleeping the night before, made something to eat, took a shower and then got into bed, according to the affidavit. Police said the victim did not report Mumin to the authorities because she is very afraid of him, he is unpredictable and gives in because she is “frozen with fear”.

On the morning of April 2 at 6 am, the victim asked Mumin to leave while her friends were coming, police said. The victim returned with a juvenile two hours later, but Mumin was still in bed, naked, and refused to leave, according to the affidavit. Mumin threatened to stab the victim, authorities allege, because of her friends coming over.

When a friend arrived, police say Moomin became loud and argumentative, jumped out of bed in front of everyone present and continued to threaten the victim.

Two witnesses outside the home could see through a picture window and allegedly saw Mumin punch the victim, urinate on her and then spit on her, authorities said.

At least two people offered to drive Moomin to Philadelphia, but authorities said he refused, got out of the car, ran outside, threatening to “kill her,” then fled on foot and disappeared before police arrived.

A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 13 at 1:30 p.m. before Magisterial District Judge Adam T. Katzman, according to court documents.
