DCI Arrests Another Suspect In Willis Ayieko’s Death: ‘Home Where Victim Was Killed’

Siaya – The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has made significant progress in solving the murder case of Willis Ayieko, a human resources manager at Wells Fargo, by detaining a key suspect.

In a statement on Friday, November 8, the DCI disclosed that they arrested Duncan Onyango alias Otuch from his hideout in Bondo subcounty.

Detectives say another key suspect identified Onyango’s house as the place where Ayieko was tortured and killed.

“Duncan Onyango alias Otuch was arrested at his hideout in Bondo sub-county. Detectives investigating the case conducted a scene reconstruction exercise with one of the previously arrested suspects who identified Duncan Onyango’s house as the location where the victim was. tortured and killed,” the DCI said.

According to the DCI, Ayieko’s body was recovered less than 400 meters from Onyango’s house, which is in Luanda Doho, Kakamega County.

“The body of the deceased was recovered less than 400 meters from the suspect’s house which is in Luanda Doho, Kisa East, Kakamega County. The suspect is being processed for arraignment,” the statement added.
