CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – An arrest has been made in the death of the 37-year-old father of Lotus Legaci Love Jones.

Court records show Ralph Jackson, 35, was arrested in connection with the Nov. 3 death of Chezarae Jackson.

Jackson was the father of a little girl who was left disabled after a car being pursued by East Cleveland police crashed into her car.

Ralph is charged with murder, and court records show he was arraigned Wednesday morning in Cleveland Municipal Court.

Bail for the suspect was set at $1 million, officials said, and a preliminary hearing was scheduled for Nov. 13.
