As of 1 p.m. Wednesday, Marce was located 295 kilometers east of Aparri, Cagayan, slowly moving west.

The typhoon still has maximum sustained winds of 150 km/h and gusts of up to 185 km/h, according to the Philippine Astronomical, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration’s (PAGASA) 2pm bulletin.
