Ashley Jones

WARSAW — Kosciusko County Sheriff Jim Smith recently announced the hiring of Ashley Jones as a merit deputy.

Jones was born and raised in Warsaw and is a 2013 graduate of Warsaw Community High School. She began her career in law enforcement in 2019 as a corrections officer with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office.

Jones was then hired as a full-time deputy marshal in 2020 by the Pierceton Police Department. While with the PPD, he graduated from the 225th Indiana Police Training Academy in Plainfield in 2021.

Jones will be assigned to the patrol division and will begin her duties on November 11.
