Blaine Lake RCMP are asking the public to be on the lookout for a suspicious vehicle that has fled police twice in the past 24 hours.

Officers are looking for a blue 2018 Chevrolet pickup, possibly a 3/4 ton and diesel. The truck has Saskatchewan license plate R5111, but the plate does not match the vehicle as it was stolen from Prince Albert on Saturday.

The truck fled from police on Saturday night and was spotted again on Sunday morning in a farm yard around 11am. The truck managed to elude police again on Highway 781 and its current direction of travel is unknown. Highway 128 runs from Highway 12 near Petrofka to Highway 685.

RCMP say they are patrolling the area where the truck was last seen and are asking anyone who sees the vehicle or has additional information about the incident to call 310-RCMP (7267) or contact Crime Stoppers.
