Canandaigua man faces DWI charges after Victor incident

A Canandaigua man was arrested Sunday morning on multiple felony charges following a traffic stop on Interstate 490 where deputies say he was found driving with a blood alcohol content nearly three times the legal limit .

Michael A. Bradley, 32, of Risser Road in Canandaigua, was pulled over at approximately 1:50 a.m. after Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies observed him committing several traffic violations, including unsafe driving in his lane and failure to use a designated lane.

During the stop, deputies determined that Bradley was operating the vehicle while intoxicated and later learned that he had a prior DWI conviction in 2019. Bradley was arrested on a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and felony driving while intoxicated with BAC. of .08% or more.

He provided a breath sample that showed a BAC nearly three times the legal limit, authorities said. Bradley was processed at the Ontario Jail and released to a sober third party.

He is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court on Nov. 19 at 3:30 p.m. to answer to the charges.
