Australia A beat India A by 7 wickets in the first unofficial Test between the two teams at the Great Barrier Reef Arena in Mackay on Sunday (November 3). The hosts chased down the target of 225 runs for the loss of just three wickets in 75 overs. Captain Nathan McSweeney remained unbeaten on 88 off 178 balls and Beau Webster scored 61 off 117 deliveries. The duo added an unbeaten 141 for the fourth wicket to seal a comfortable win for the hosts.
