PORTLAND Hours. (KPTV) – A crash closed all northbound lanes of Interstate 205 Friday evening in West Linn, according to ODOT.

Shortly before 8 p.m., ODOT warned drivers that a crash on I-205 North had closed the freeway. Drivers are being detoured onto Willamette Falls Drive at Exit 6.

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue reported it was a one-vehicle crash where the car landed upside down.

TVF&R reported that they worked to rescue one person from inside the car, but the person was found to have died in the crash.

ODOT said the road could be closed for several hours.
