CHICAGO – Skies remain clear Friday night, with lows in the low 30s for most, but near 40 in Chicago. The weekend looks nice in terms of temperatures, but it will be rainy until Sunday.

Saturday will be mostly sunny to partly cloudy, with highs around 60 degrees. An increase in clouds is expected Saturday night, with showers coming early Sunday.

Temperatures will rise steadily during the day and evening Sunday, possibly reaching the 60s during the evening.

The chance of rain will continue into early next week. Both Monday and Tuesday will bring periods of showers with highs in the upper 60s. Voters should be prepared to avoid rain and possibly a few thunderstorms on Election Day.

The sun returns Wednesday and Thursday with highs in the upper 50s and lows in the 60s.
