Our warmth today will be traded for seasonal conditions this weekend

A calm and warm weekend will be the theme, with highs in the 80s and partly sunny skies. A weak cold front will move through tonight and into the early hours of Saturday morning, but precipitation will be 0.25 inches or less. Once the front moves through, partly cloudy skies will be the theme and temperatures will cool slightly to the mid 70s with northwest breezes 10-25 mph. Overnight it will drop into the upper 40s and low 50s. While we’ll see a slight change in the air, Saturday night will see the end of Daylight Savings Time as we retire and gain that extra hour of sleep. Another thing to note when changing the time is changing the smoke detector batteries.

As we enter the first full week of November next week, temperatures will stay in the mid to high 70s Monday, then warm back into the low 80s by midweek with a mix of clouds and sun. A few areas could reach the mid-80s if we see more sun through the week. As we head into later in the week, we see an increase in clouds and rain chances, but not a complete washout yet. Highs will drop back into the mid to low 70s. Overnight lows will be in the upper 50s and low to mid 60s.
