Montel Williams talks to Kamala Harris about ‘sex tape’ rumors.

TV host and actor Montel Williams has taken to social media to debunk claims of a sex tape involving him and the Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris. On Shadow ChamberWilliams, 68, and Vice President Harris dated briefly more than two decades ago.

Their past relationship has since been widely discussed after Harris, 60, launched her 2019 presidential campaign. Williams responded to the sex tape claims on Wednesday after an alleged blogger claimed she was “shopped “.

“Wow, I was just informed by my friend, who is the CEO of a large technology company, that there is supposedly a purchased sex tape involving Kamala Harris and Montel Williams,” claimed the user on X. “This would could destroy the internet and is seriously damaging the Harris campaign with only 8 days until the election.”

But Williams, who also honorably retired from the U.S. Navy after more than two decades of service, cited the post and denied those claims. “Wow, I heard a blogger I’ve never heard of got millions of views claiming someone is ‘buying’ a sex tape of me that’s ‘going to break the internet,'” he he wrote.

“Let’s ‘break the internet’ with truth – there is no band. @KamalaHQIts growth is clearly worrying some.” Multiple media reports indicate that the Harris-Trump presidential race is currently tight with only days to go until Election Day.

It wasn’t the first time Williams addressed his past relationship with Harris. In 2019, he responded to a viral red carpet pic of him and Harris, saying that they “dated briefly about 20 years ago when we were both single.”

“So what?” he asked. “I have great respect for Senator Harris. I have to wonder if the same stories about her dating history would have been written had she been a male candidate?
