With generative AI leading the way, 70% of global business leaders have identified AI adoption as a top priority for 2025. In India, HR professionals are very much aware of the changing landscape; nearly 69 percent report that workplace expectations have reached an all-time high. About six in ten believe that experience alone is no longer enough to remain competitive, with more than half saying that career advancement now relies heavily on AI proficiency.

Technological advancement has been central to companies during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has further accelerated technological progress, leading to the need for new roles emerging today.
