A Crookston woman was injured in a crash in Polk County

POLK COUNTY, Minn. (Valley News Live) – A Crookston, MN woman suffered non-life threatening injuries after a crash in Polk County Tuesday night.

The Minnesota State Patrol says a Ford Taurus and a Dodge Caravan were both traveling east on Highway 2 just after 7:30 p.m., Oct. 29, when the vehicles collided at the intersection of Highway 2 and Highway 75.

The driver of the RV, a 34-year-old woman was injured and taken to a local hospital, her passenger, a 15-year-old boy, was not injured in the accident.

The driver of the Taurus, an 18-year-old from Hallock, MN, was also uninjured.

Officials say all occupants of both vehicles were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
