LINCOLN COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – On Tuesday, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said a sexually violent predator has moved into Hugo.

SVP Rocky Harper, 45, moved to 637 6th St. in Hugo, east of Limon

The sheriff’s office said Harper was convicted of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old victim in 2005 and attempted sexual assault of a 14-year-old victim in 2002.

Harper was described as a 5-foot-8, 172-pound white male with black hair and brown eyes.

The sheriff’s office said he will be supervised through the use of an ankle monitor and the Parole Division of the Colorado Department of Corrections.
