CLARENDON, Jamaica – A 20-year-old man has been charged with smoking in a public place after he was spotted with a cigarette in his mouth on Main Street, May Pen, on Monday.

Charged is Jaham Hall, a driver of Sheras Drive, Rocky Point in the parish.

Reports from May Pen Police say that around 12:00 p.m., law enforcement officers were conducting duties in the area of ​​Main Street when Hall was seen smoking. He was cited for the offense of smoking in a public place and was subsequently arrested.
