A recent ABC News/Ipsos poll shows that 86% of registered voters I am ready to accept the 2024 presidential election results as legitimate, regardless of the winner, despite continued accusations of voter fraud from the former president trump card and his supporters.
The poll indicates that 66 percent of voters believe Trump will not accept the election result as legitimate, while only 30 percent express similar concerns about the vice president. Harris. The poll shows that 33% of registered voters, including 66% of Trump supporters, continue to support Trump’s unsubstantiated claims about the 2020 election. However, approval of the 2024 results remains high across party lines: 91% among Democrats, 88 percent of independents, and 81 percent of Republicans.
Harris supporters strongly doubt Trump’s willingness to accept results, with 94% believing he will not recognize the result. In contrast, 59% of Trump supporters think he will accept the results. A majority of Harris supporters (97%) think he will accept the result, while only 40% of Trump supporters share that view.
Party-based differences emerge in confidence about the accuracy of the vote count: 93% of Democrats, 68% of independents and 51% of Republicans express confidence. As for the 2020 election, 65% of Republicans are in contention Bidenhis legitimate victory, compared to 29 percent of independents and 3 percent of Democrats.
