Diddy accused of drugging and sexually assaulting 10-year-old boy in new lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy in a new lawsuit filed Monday. According to a report by ABC Newsthe alleged assault took place in a New York hotel room where Combs met with the child and his parent to discuss opportunities in the music industry. Combs denied the story through his lawyers shortly after it was filed.

The new lawsuit was filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents him many alleged victims of Combs in New York State. The plaintiff and his family have not been publicly identified in the case, but are said to be from Los Angeles. They flew to New York to meet Combs in 2005, and the 10-year-old victim performed several rap songs for him in a hotel room. Combs told the family he could “make him a star” but then attacked the complainant when they were alone together.

“Combs asked plaintiff how much he wanted to be a star and what plaintiff would do to become one. Plaintiff responded, like any ten-year-old would, that he ‘would do anything,’” the lawsuit states. He claims one of Combs’ associates gave the boy a soda that made him feel “a little funny. After Plaintiff consumed his soda and began to feel its effects, Combs told Plaintiff to come closer to him, which Plaintiff did. Combs suddenly pushed the plaintiff down and said things like “you have to do some things you don’t want to do sometimes.”

Combs’ lawyers wrote it off as a money grab and publicity stunt. They told ABC News: “The attorney behind this lawsuit is more interested in media attention than the truth, as evidenced by his constant media appearances and 1-800 number. As I have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are ridiculous on their face or demonstrably false.”

This is one of two new processes submitted by Buzbee and his team on monday. The other concerns another, unnamed minor plaintiff who claims Combs assaulted him while auditioning for the reality show. Making the band. During the three-day hearing, the then 17-year-old claims Combs groped and groped him repeatedly, claiming it was a test of how he would “handle situations involving sexual pressure” and “his ability to embody a ‘sex idol’ persona that was supposedly necessary for the band’s image.” Throughout the trial, Combs allegedly “emphasized his power to control the plaintiff’s future in the music industry.”

That suit alleges that Combs eventually forced the plaintiff to perform oral sex with him, and later on the bodyguard. However, the claimant hesitated and was eventually eliminated from the competition “with Combs claiming that the claimant was untrustworthy due to reservations about performing oral copulation with the bodyguard”.

Combs remains behind bars without bail in New York, following a federal indictment on charges of human trafficking and racketeering. The rapper has denied any wrongdoing in the criminal and civil cases. It’s unclear which case will move forward first and when Combs may have his next day in court.
